Fluorite is a halide mineral composed of calcium fluoride.It is an isometric mineral with a cubic habit, though octahedral and more complex isometric forms are not uncommon. Fluorite is a colorful mineral, both in visible and ultraciolet light, and the stone has ornamental and lapidary uses. Industrially, fluorite is used as a flux for smelting, and in the production of certain glasses and enamels. The purestes grades of fluorite are a source of fluoride for hydrofluoric acid manufacture, which is the intermediate source of most fluorine-containing fine chemicals. Optically clear transparent flurite lense have low dispersion, so lense made from it exhibit less chromatic aberration, making them valuanle in microscopes and telescopes. Fluorite optics are also usable in the far-ultraviolet range where conventional glasses are too absorbent for use.

there are three principal types of industrial use for natural fluorite, commonly referred to as"fluorspar" in these industries, corresponding to different grades of purity. Metallurgical grade fluorite, the lowesst of the three grades, has traditionally been used as a flux to lower the melting point of raw materials in steel prodution to aid the removal of impurities, and later in the production of aluminium. Ceramic grade fluorite is used in the manufacture of opalescent glass, enamels and cooking utensils. The highest grade, " acid grade fluorite", is used to make hydrogen fluoride and hydrofluoric acid by reacting the fluorite with sulfuric acid.

The operate of Fluorite ultra fine grinding mill:
1) Turn on main switch of Fluorite ultra fine grinding mill.
2) Start air compressor, adjust air pressure of oil-water filter to 0.6-0.7 Pa.
3) Turn on bag filter pulse controller, adjust the pulse frequency to one spray every 4-5 seconds, adjust pulse width to 0.5-0.8 seconds (pulse controller was set before delivery)
4) Switch on bucket elevator
5) Start up crusher
6) Feed materials to the crusher till enough crushed materials are sent to the hopper, and then start the classifier.
